Australia Post International Insurance

Australia Post includes basic insurance coverage up to the value of $50 on both Express Post International and Express Courier International (EMS).

Additional cover is available up to $5,000 to all internationals destinations.

When you purchase insurance through Australia Post, you receive:

• coverage against loss, theft or damage of your international mail
• secure handling
• a signature is required on delivery

Insurance claims must be completed within 30 days with Express Courier International and Express Post International parcels. Australia Post may require support for the information in the claim form with a statutory declaration and proof of identity.
