Late last year I came across Forest Mosaic based in Namibia.
Chiharu Rosenberg a mosaic artist originally from Japan, creates her colourful works from her studio in Omaruru, Namibia.
Using a variety of materials including recycled tiles, she cuts every piece by hand (not a power tool in sight!).
I just love her baobab mosaics; they are oh so African!
