We deliver to most countries around the world and include complimentary Shipping Insurance on all orders over AU$500.00 (excludes delivery cost).

Customs & Quarantine
Duties and taxes are determined by Customs within the delivery country. Although charges are not always incurred, an assessment will be made based on the value of your order and the tax-free threshold (if applicable) for imported goods. Payment of any duties or taxes is the responsibility of the receiver and are collected at the time of delivery.

Quarantine restrictions for imported goods containing any animal, bird or plant origin material (such as feathers, woven grasses or wood) may apply. It is the responsibility of the receiver to check with your local Quarantine office for restrictions (if any). Payment of any items requiring treatment is the responsibility of the receiver and will be required prior to the item/s release for delivery.
