Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Each Safari Fusion piece is handmade by our artisans in Africa; therefore no two pieces are exactly the same. We believe this is what makes our pieces so beautiful and special as each Safari Fusion piece has its own unique personality.
Slight colour variations may occur due to the difference with computer settings; should you require a specific shade of colour then please contact us.
Change your mind
If you are unhappy for whatever reason with any item you have received, Safari Fusion are happy to offer you a refund for the cost of the item or an exchange for another item (excluding delivery costs). Please notify Safari Fusion within 14 days of receiving your goods. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and must be returned to Safari Fusion in original, unused, unaltered and undamaged condition.
Damaged in transit
If you receive items that have been damaged in transit from Safari Fusion to you, we are happy to offer you a refund for the cost of the item or an exchange for another item (including associated delivery costs for Australian deliveries, excluding associated delivery costs for international deliveries). Please notify Safari Fusion within 14 days of receiving your goods. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and must be returned to Safari Fusion packaged to avoid further damage.
General
- Safari Fusion will not accept an item for refund or exchange that has been altered or damaged by misuse.
- All refunds will be processed once the item/s have been received by Safari Fusion.
- Your refund payment will be paid in the same manner as your original payment.
- All returns should be sent to Safari Fusion.
