The Maasai are East Africa's most recognisable tribe, with their brightly coloured cloth and exquisite jewellery. Leather and bead work crafted by women, has a long history amongst the Maasai who articulate their identity and position in society through body ornaments.

Creation
This bright bead bracelet is a beautiful display of simplistic Maasai workmanship. Beads are threaded onto elastic line and then hand stitched to a leather disc in a circular pattern.

About
Unique and stylish, Kenyan designer Linda Camm and her team of more than 200 Maasai women strike a beautiful balance between traditional and contemporary. Wear it dressed up to make a statement or add colour to a casual outfit.
